Love & Beauty, Forever 21's cosmetics line never ceases to amaze me with their unique colors and formulations. This red glitter polishes is among my favorites, not only by F21, but by anyone anywhere ever! It's the perfect red glitter, with tons of glitter in all different sizes, suspended in a clear base. It is shown here swatched over a red creme, but with a few coats on its own, you can achieve pretty much the same effect! It obviously reminds me of Dorothy's ruby slippers, and whenever I wear it the compliments just roll out.
