Parmesan Truffle Fries

The first time I encountered this decadent variety of the french fry was at Disneyland's Cafe Orleans. They were chock full of garlic and deliciousness that I could not get enough therefore they were aptly named 'crack fries.' Now, being on the other side of the country, it's kind of difficult to get my crack fries fix so I whipped some up at home!

Ingredients:

French Fry potatoes -shoestring or fast food style (1/2 bag frozen) or you can of course make them fresh
3 tbsp white truffle oil
3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
pinch of parsley
salt to taste

Directions:

Prepare french fries as directed
Mix french fries in a medium sized bowl with truffle oil and garlic
Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley
Serve warm and try not to eat just one!
